Sunday project: Amigurumi pumpkin

It has been so long since I’ve written a post. Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way of blogging. But I’m back again for a quick write up on a tiny project I finished this Sunday morning.

Behold…my first attempt at amigurumi…

Because I’m completely ready for Fall, I’ve decided to get a head start on decorating. I came across this pattern from Petals to Picots. It’s super quick and so cute and tiny. I used Red Heart Soft in Tangerine (for the pumpkin) and Chocolate (for the stem). I’m really excited to make these in other colors and sizes! In addition to this pattern, I’m also thinking about trying out these crochet pumpkins from The Slanted Life.

What are your favorite Fall patterns? Feel free to share in the comments below! And I’m sure I’ll be back soon…I’ve got a few more projects waiting in the wings 🙂
